Using canvas, paint, embroidered collage, piece work and quilting
techniques, I interpret many different aspects of nature in these art
quilts, including mountain gardens, birds, and forest floors. Due to
the frequent requests I receive for my images in a different price
range I also created a handful of limited edition prints that are
available for purchase.
The western North Carolina Mountains speak to the artist in me, and
these painted quilts reflect the diversity of plants and trees,
patterns of light and seasonal cycles here.
